Position Overview:
​
-
Perform necessary inspections and replace parts in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Regulations and the Repair Station Manual
​
-
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair on aircraft, including engines and landing gear.
​
-
Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards.
​
-
Properly tag and store aircraft parts and pieces.
​
-
Demonstrate knowledge of tools and equipment needed to perform jobs.
​
-
Ability to communicate clearly with supervisor, mechanics, pilots and office staff.
​
-
Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally.
​
-
Maintain high quality service standards.
​
-
Read and interpret maintenance manuals or other technical data necessary for maintenance or repair on aircraft.
​
-
Replace and rebuild aircraft structures such as wings, fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
​
-
Disassemble and inspect parts for wear or other defects.
​
-
Adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories.
​
-
Willing to participate in post maintenance flights.
​
Job Requirements:
-
Beech Jet 400 and Beechcraft King Air knowledge/experience.
​
-
High School Diploma/GED.
​
-
Valid and current FAA mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
​
-
Current and valid driver’s license.
​
-
Ability to pass drug test pre-employment and during random drug screenings.
​
-
Own set of basic mechanic's tools and toolbox
DESIRED:
​
-
PT6 and JT15D-5 experience.
​
-
Sheet Metal and Aircraft Structural Repairs experience.
​
-
Avionics systems troubleshooting and installation experience.
​
